Mission: To empower Black fathers through leadership development, social responsibility, that strengthens families and communities for future generations.
About Us: The Daddy Victory Club is a 501(c)(3) fatherhood initiative dedicated to celebrating, supporting, and building community among Black dads and dads of children of color.
Through the Daddy Victory Club, we empower Black fathers and fathers of color by providing mentorship, leadership development, and community-building opportunities that strengthen families and foster a culture of service, responsibility, and joy in fatherhood.
Fathers play a critical role in shaping strong families and thriving communities. When fathers are supported, they become better leaders at home and in society
By uniting fathers—especially Black fathers—we create a network of mentorship, shared experiences, and collective strength that fosters generational change. Together, we break barriers, challenge stereotypes, and build a legacy of engaged, responsible, and empowered fathers who uplift their children, families, and communities.
